Please note that our waiting times are only an estimation, not a guarantee. Wait times are dependent many factors including number families leaving our program, movement within our rooms, age of your child. We usually have the most movement between July – September each year.
When spaces come available we begin contacting families on our waiting list via email and Brightwheel message (add our email to your contacts & turn on Brightwheel notifications so you do not miss this message). Once contacted you have 24 hours to confirm if you want the space and then 1 week to return all the registration documents to secure the space for your child.
To add your child to our waiting list please complete the form below and send the $50 non-refundable waiting list fee via email transfer to info@welcentre.com. Our forms are all through Brightwheel. Once we have received the form you will receive a message in Brightwheel confirming, we recommend turning on the Brightwheel message notifications.
